Model comparison

Hamilton Beach FlexBrew 49925 vs 49957 vs 49926

Hamilton Beach’s FlexBrew 49925, 49957 and 49926 all accept pods and grounds in some form, but they solve different serving problems. The model numbers are close; the daily routines are not. Decide whether you need one cup, a real pot, or two single-serve chambers before comparing controls.

49925: one compact cup, including an iced routine

The FlexBrew Advanced 4-in-1 49925 uses one single-cup brew chamber with pods or grounds. Its maker documents separate hot and Over Ice size choices and ice amounts, plus Bold/Regular hot brewing. It has a 45-ounce removable reservoir and measures 5.5 inches wide. It is the simplest of this trio for someone who wants one cup at a time and a defined hot-over-ice cycle. It does not make a carafe or two simultaneous cups.

49957: add a programmable pot

The FlexBrew Trio 49957 adds a 12-cup glass carafe, a carafe timer, a warming plate and Auto Pause & Pour, while retaining a separate single-cup pod-or-grounds side. The product page specifies up to 10 ounces for a pod and up to 14 ounces with grounds. Its linked guide says only one side brews at a time, so the cup and pot are alternatives, not a simultaneous two-drink cycle. The warm plate shuts off after two hours; the carafe is glass rather than insulated. Pick this when the pot is the feature that earns the extra space.

49926: two single cups, not a carafe

The Mix & Match 49926 has two single-serve chambers with separate controls. Its maker describes two servings at once or a combined large travel mug made with both chambers, with hot or iced choices. The exact guide says the hot and iced styles cannot brew at once. It has no separate batch carafe. Choose it when two people regularly want distinct single cups in one session, not because it looks like a two-sided version of the Trio.

In practical terms: select 49925 for the smaller one-cup footprint and specified iced routine; 49957 for single-serve flexibility plus a scheduled glass pot; 49926 for paired single cups or a large mug assembled from both brew heads. Confirm the model code, package contents and clearance at the retailer. The official guides document different parts and cleaning routines, so instructions for one model should not be assumed to apply to another.
